Passing through with a loaded trailer behind my pickup. The transmission was overheating and unable to travel any further without service. Frank and staff diagnosed the problem to be a torque converter issue, ordered the parts and had me on the road the next day. I feel that given the circumstances I couldn't have done anything better or different that could have made the issue any more satisfying.
